1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Services

RNO Reno Masonry provides masonry contracting services to residential and commercial customers in Reno, NV and surrounding service areas. Services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, outdoor kitchen masonry, and related work.

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a warranty or guarantee that any specific service outcome will be achieved. Service availability may vary by location and project scope.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Free on-site estimates are provided to prospective customers with no obligation to proceed. Estimates are based on a visual inspection of the project area at the time of the visit.

• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Estimates are not binding contracts. A separate written agreement or signed work order is required before work begins.
• If conditions discovered during work differ materially from those observed during the estimate - such as hidden damage or unforeseen structural issues - we will notify you before proceeding with any additional scope or cost.
• Prices are subject to change based on material cost fluctuations if work has not commenced within the validity period of the estimate.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to reassign the crew and minimize disruption to other customers.

• We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions that make outdoor masonry work unsafe or impractical. We will notify you as early as possible when this occurs.
• If you cancel a scheduled job after materials have been ordered or pre-staged specifically for your project, you may be responsible for reasonable restocking or material costs. We will communicate any such costs in advance.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your written project agreement. In general:

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects. The deposit amount will be stated in your written agreement.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate.
• Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in your project agreement.
• We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on a project if payment obligations are not met.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform work safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area before and during the project.
• Move vehicles, personal property, and landscaping items from the work area as directed by our crew.
• Notify us of any known underground utilities, buried lines, or other hazards in the work area prior to work beginning.
• Ensure that any required permits or HOA approvals are in place before work begins, unless we have agreed in writing to handle permit applications as part of the scope.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Any warranty on completed work will be stated in your written project agreement. Unless a written warranty is expressly provided:

• Services are provided on an "as-is" basis without implied warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant that masonry work will be free from future deterioration caused by weather, freeze-thaw cycles, soil movement, or other natural conditions beyond our control.
• Information provided on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute professional engineering or structural advice for your specific property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RNO Reno Masonry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from the performance of services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to a specific project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on masonryreno.com - including text, images, logos, and graphics - is the property of RNO Reno Masonry or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and RNO Reno Masonry related to services or these terms, we encourage you to contact us first at hi@masonryreno.com so we can attempt to resolve it directly. If we are unable to reach a resolution, the dispute will be handled through binding arbitration or in the appropriate court in Reno, NV, as mutually agreed. Class action claims are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these terms will be brought in the appropriate courts of Nevada.

12. Modifications to These Terms
