Agreement to Terms

Services Description

RNO Reno Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney work, stone patios, tuckpointing, retaining walls, and other related masonry services in Reno, Nevada and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and our ability to perform the work safely and in compliance with local building codes. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at our sole discretion.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Actual costs may vary if conditions are discovered that were not visible during the initial assessment.

We will notify you of any significant changes to the scope or cost of work before proceeding. Your approval is required before any additional work beyond the original estimate is performed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property for the unpaid balance.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects based on normal working conditions. Actual completion dates may vary due to weather, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of work performed. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials but do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, or alterations by others.

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow any maintenance recommendations we provide and notify us promptly of any issues.

Property Access and Conditions

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. This includes removing any obstacles, providing adequate parking for our vehicles and equipment, and ensuring pets are secured during work hours.

While we take great care to protect your property, some disruption is inevitable during masonry work. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked before we begin work.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for masonry work. Permit costs are typically included in your estimate. All work is performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations. You are responsible for providing accurate property information and obtaining any HOA approvals if applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Nevada law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
